BuyLater is a simple Firefox
or
Flock extension, that adds a new button to Amazon pages.
(Support for other e-commerce portals coming soon.)
If something is out of stock, or you’d rather wait until the price comes down a bit, simply click the
“Buy Later” button, and we’ll let you know (by Twitter, or email) when things change.

The Passively Multiplayer Online Game looks interesting, using a Firefox extension to monitor web surfing habits and monitor progress.

This unconventional massively multiplayer online game merges your web life with an alternate, hidden reality. The mundane takes on a layer of fantastic achievement. Player behavior generates characters and alliances, triggers interactions in the environment and earns the player points to spend online beefing up their inventory. Suddenly the Internet is not a series of untouchable exhibits, but rather a hackable, rewarding environment!

You can even leave traps for sites you think your friends are sure to stumble upon! Needless to say, I think I’ll be sitting this one out–Progress Quest was enough passive gaming for me.
